The Chimneypiece

(3 customer reviews)

Mr. Collins will tell you straightaway the cost of the chimneypiece at Rosings Park (£800!!). Elizabeth herself hoped for a glimpse of it. For years I have wished to create my own interpretation of this famous corner of Rosings Park, and thus have finally created The Chimneypiece bar soap.

The Chimneypiece bar soap is designed to look like a block of marble. The scent is crushed green leaves and grapefruit, reminiscent of a spring morning.

You must not leave Rosings Park without getting a glimpse of the fabled chimneypiece. Gaze upon its marble beauty and sigh at its magnificence!

“The chimney-piece alone had cost eight hundred pounds.” ~ Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austen

Received a sample of this and the scent is amazing. Will be purchasing in the future.

  2. Darcy (verified owner)

I gave this as a gift and the person who received it really loved it. The scent was more green leaves to me than grapefruit. I love grapefruit, so it wasn’t quite my thing, but I’m happy I could give it to someone who loved it!

  3. Teena Peters (verified owner)

    Very nice scent!
