Processing Time:

Northanger Soapworks is based in Madison, Wisconsin, USA and all items ship from that location. Please allow 3-5 business days processing time to prepare your order. Custom or pre-orders have their own processing time. Please look at the individual item for details.

Customs and Import Taxes:

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Our prices do not include VAT/GST. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

2 | Returns

Due to the personal nature of soap, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. If you believe your product is defective or has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We are confident in the quality of our products and take the utmost care when packing our shipping boxes, but accidents do happen and please know that we are here to help. In some cases we may require photographic proof of the damage before issuing a refund.
